Construction Manager - MEP (Mechanical/Electrical)

Job Summary Responsible for managing and coordinating Mechanical and Electrical MEP construction activities, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Manage MEP construction activities from execution through testing and handover. • Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Architectural works. • Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and material submittals. • Supervise subcontractors, manpower, materials, and site activities. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams. • Monitor progress, quality, productivity, and project schedules. • Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project quality standards. • Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover. • Identify technical issues and implement corrective actions. Requirements Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering. • 8+ years of MEP construction experience. • UAE/GCC construction experience preferred. • Experience in large-scale building, infrastructure, or industrial projects. • Strong knowledge of MEP installation, coordination, testing, and commissioning.
