Junior Quantity Surveyor

Role Description This is a contract role for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for both Pre and Post Contracting Services including Preparation of Tender Documents, BOQ, Estimates, Tender Evaluation, Payment Application Assessment, Variation Assessment and Final Accounts. The role requires the ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Qualifications • Experience in Pre and Post Contract Services. • Proficient in BOQ preparation and cost estimation/assessment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field • Experience in consulating in the UAE is desirable • Familiar with POMI • Must have operational knowledge about the building process especially Villas.
