About the Company A high-growth advanced technology team in the UAE is expanding, and we are hiring multiple Senior Technical Project Managers to lead complex engineering programmes from early-stage R&D through to industrialisation, production and deployment. About the Role This is a hands-on technical delivery role for people who can operate confidently across engineering, suppliers, manufacturing and senior stakeholders. Responsibilities • Lead programmes through: • R&D and concept development • System design and engineering • Prototype build and integration • Testing, verification and validation • Industrialisation and manufacturing readiness • Production scale-up and operational deployment • Own: Budget, schedule, risk and overall delivery • Multidisciplinary engineering teams across hardware, software, electronics, controls and mechanical systems • Manage suppliers, procurement and external technical partners • Technical dependencies, design reviews and programme milestones • The transition from prototype into repeatable, production-ready delivery Qualifications Relevant backgrounds include: • Robotics and autonomous systems • Aerospace and defence • Marine, subsea, ROV, USV or AUV systems • UAV / UGV platforms • Advanced manufacturing and mechatronics • Complex electromechanical, embedded or mission-critical systems Required Skills • Strong experience in technical project or programme management • Proven delivery of physical engineered systems • Experience moving technology from development into production • Strong supplier and stakeholder management • Native English or C2-level professional working proficiency This is not an enterprise IT, ERP, business applications or digital transformation PM role. Pure software or infrastructure delivery without a physical systems component is not a fit.
