SALES MANAGER – REAL ESTATE BROKERING | DUBAI | ON-SITE | DUBAI MiddleMan Dubai is seeking highly experienced Sales Managers with a proven track record in the Dubai real estate brokerage market and, most importantly, a strong network of experienced and active real estate brokers across Dubai. THE OPPORTUNITY In real estate brokering, the strength of a brokerage is fundamentally driven by the quality, reach and performance of its broker network. We are looking for Sales Managers who understand the Dubai brokerage ecosystem deeply and have the relationships, market credibility and leadership capability to build, activate and grow a high-performing broker network. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Candidates should have: • Proven experience in the Dubai real estate brokerage market • A strong existing network of experienced and active Dubai real estate brokers • Demonstrable track record of closing real estate transactions • Ability to recruit, engage and develop productive broker relationships • Strong understanding of Dubai property projects, pricing, buyer behaviour and market dynamics • Ability to generate qualified opportunities through their professional network • Capability to build and lead a high-performance sales and broker network • Strong negotiation, relationship-management and transaction execution skills • An entrepreneurial and performance-driven mindset THE ROLE The Sales Manager will play a key role in building and expanding MiddleMan Dubai’s real estate brokerage business by: • Building and strengthening a substantial network of experienced brokers • Activating broker relationships to generate qualified buyers and transactions • Developing and managing a high-performing sales team • Identifying market opportunities and supporting deal origination • Driving negotiations and transactions through to successful closure • Building long-term relationships across Dubai’s real estate brokerage ecosystem This is not a conventional desk-based sales management role. We are looking for professionals who already understand the Dubai market, have established broker relationships, and can contribute network strength, leadership and measurable execution capability from day one.
