Job Title: HR & Admin Officer Department: Human Resources & Administration Employment Type: Full-Time Location: United Arab Emirates Target Salary: AED 6,000–7,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications Required Experience: 3–5 years, including practical HR experience in the UAE. Job Purpose We are looking for a hands-on HR & Admin Officer with strong UAE experience to manage and execute the company’s day-to-day HR activities, implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE requirements. Key Responsibilities * Implement and maintain the company’s HR policies and procedures. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR records. * Manage employment contracts, work permits, visas and MOHRE-related processes. * Manage employee attendance, lateness, absence and working-hour records. * Manage annual, sick and other employee leave requests and balances. * Prepare monthly payroll inputs in coordination with the Finance Department. * Support WPS and payroll-related compliance requirements. * Manage recruitment, candidate screening, interviews and hiring processes. * Manage employee onboarding and induction. * Manage resignations, terminations, exit clearance and offboarding. * Monitor probation periods and probation evaluations. * Coordinate performance evaluations and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP). * Administer disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policy and UAE Labour Law. * Prepare and maintain warnings, investigation records, grievances and employee complaints. * Manage employee assets, uniforms and related records. * Prepare regular HR reports and management updates. * Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information. * Support management in developing and improving HR systems and processes.
