Senior Construction Manager

We are looking for a Senior Construction Manager – Commercial & School Projects • Core Experience — Minimum 12–15+ years in construction management with proven delivery of commercial buildings and school/educational facilities. • Project Delivery — Strong track record in managing full project lifecycle: planning, execution, coordination, and handover for multi‑disciplinary civil works. • Technical Competence — Solid understanding of structural, architectural, and MEP interfaces; ability to resolve site issues and ensure compliance with design intent. • Authority Compliance — Familiarity with UAE authority regulations for commercial and school projects (DM, DDA, KHDA, Civil Defense). • Contract & Cost Awareness — Good knowledge of contractual obligations, variation control, progress monitoring, and coordination with QS/Commercial teams. • Stakeholder Management — Effective communication with consultants, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams; ability to drive timelines and resolve conflicts. • Quality & Safety Leadership — Ensures adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements across all phases of construction. • Team Leadership — Capable of leading site teams, supervising subcontractors, and maintaining disciplined execution to meet project milestones. • School Project Exposure — Experience in specialized school construction elements such as classrooms, labs, sports facilities, acoustic standards, and child‑safety compliance.
