Senior HR Business Partner A leading investment holding group in UAE is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support its agriculture business unit. This is a site-facing role requiring regular travel to agricultural locations, close partnership with line managers, and hands-on ownership of workforce management and disciplinary matters. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct regular site visits and act as a trusted HR partner to line managers • Manage workforce planning, attendance, and staffing at site level • Lead employee relations and disciplinary case management in line with UAE Labour Law • Drive improvements to HR and operational processes across sites • Support recruitment and workforce planning for site-based roles What We're Looking For: • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field • 6–8 years of HR experience, including 3+ years as an HR Business Partner • Experience in agriculture, farming, or other site-based/field operations preferred • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law • Comfortable with regular field travel Interested candidates who meet the above criteria are invited to apply.
