Tripod is looking for an experienced Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team and take ownership of the commercial management of our fit-out and joinery projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven QS who has strong experience in post-contract administration, variations, claims, subcontract management, cost control, and final accounts. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, review, and submit interim payment applications in accordance with contract requirements and project progress. • Identify, prepare, negotiate, and finalize variations, claims, and extension of time (EOT) submissions with clients and consultants. • Monitor and control project costs, track budgets, prepare cost reports, and ensure commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle. • Prepare and maintain Cost to Complete (CTC) reports, Contract Review Variations (CRVs), cash flow forecasts, and final accounts. • Manage subcontractor procurement, evaluate subcontractor quotations, administer subcontract agreements, certify subcontractor payments, and negotiate variations and final accounts. • Administer post-contract commercial activities, maintain contractual records, and support project teams in achieving commercial and financial objectives. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in fit-out, interior, or joinery projects. • Strong knowledge of post-contract commercial management. • Hands-on experience with variations, claims, EOTs, payment applications, subcontract management, and final accounts. • Strong understanding of contracts, cost control, and commercial reporting. • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project and commercial teams.
