MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are Hiring – Senior Quantity Surveyor / Pre-Contract We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor – Pre-Contract to join our team. Experience & Requirements • Minimum 10+ years of overall experience in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management • At least 5 years of experience in the GCC • Minimum 2 years of pre-contract cost consultancy experience • Previous experience working with consultancies is essential • Strong knowledge of pre-contract cost management processes • Proven ability to lead and guide a Pre-Contract QS team • Strong communication and client-facing skills Key Responsibilities • Lead and oversee all pre-contract quantity surveying activities • Manage the preparation and review of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) • Prepare and review cost plans, estimates, and cost reports • Manage and participate in tender evaluations and tender analysis • Attend and contribute to client and consultant meetings • Provide technical guidance and support to the Pre-Contract QS team • Ensure deliverables are completed accurately, professionally, and within required timelines Show more Show less

Experience: 7-10 years of overall professional experience, including at least 2 years of relevant local experience. Background: consultancy environment highly regarded with strong understanding of contractual procedures, cost control, and client communication. Projects: proven experience on building and villa projects with knowledge of construction methodologies, material specifications, and measurement standards. Skills: excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills with ability to prepare valuations, cost reports, and contractual documentation accurately. License: a valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle are preferred to facilitate site visits and project coordination. Location: must be currently based in Dubai and available to join within a reasonable timeframe.
