Role Description The Commercial Real Estate Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and managing commercial real estate opportunities, including office, retail, and mixed-use properties. Daily activities include conducting market research, analyzing financial and investment metrics, preparing proposals, and supporting negotiations with clients, investors, and developers. The specialist will maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, provide expert guidance on commercial property acquisitions and leases, and collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and transaction execution. The role also involves regular property visits, attending industry events, and staying informed about local regulations and market trends to support informed decision-making. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and broader Real Estate markets, preferably within Dubai or the wider UAE region. • Candidates should possess solid Finance skills, including the ability to analyze investment returns, prepare financial models, and assess risk. • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, demonstrating client-centric behavior and the ability to build long-term professional relationships. • Relevant additional qualifications include experience in sales or business development, familiarity with local real estate regulations, and proficiency in CRM or property management software. • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, along with proven experience in commercial real estate or investment roles. • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple projects, and operate ethically in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
