Mechanical Engineer - National Talent

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer - UAEN fresh graduate to support business growth in HVAC rental solutions for cooling and power. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates and early-career professionals - UAE Nationals, who have a Mechanical Engineering background and an interest or exposure to sales. The role offers hands-on experience in client engagement, site assessment, and technical solution selling within commercial and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities • Support the identification and development of new business opportunities in the HVAC rental market • Assist in building and maintaining client relationships across sectors such as construction, oil and gas, hospitality, healthcare, and events • Participate in site visits to understand customer requirements and support solution proposals • Prepare basic quotations, proposals, and presentations under guidance • Provide technical support during the sales process • Coordinate with internal teams for equipment delivery, installation, and servicing • Assist in preparing project estimates, budgets, and timelines • Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions • Conduct basic market research to understand industry trends and customer needs • Support the sales team in achieving business targets Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration • Fresh graduates or candidates with up 0 to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply • Candidates with prior internship or sales exposure will have an advantage • UAE Nationals are strongly encouraged to apply Knowledge and Technical Skills • Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components • Willingness to learn site evaluation and solution design • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications • Good communication skills in English Skills and Competencies • Interest in sales and customer interaction • Strong willingness to learn and grow in a technical sales role • Good problem-solving ability • Customer-focused mindset • Planning and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and within a team • Adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic environment • Valid driver’s license is preferred Language Requirements: • English • Arabic How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to apply through LinkedIn!
