Site Engineer - Railway or Infra

Site Engineer – Hafeet Railway Project Project: Hafeet Rail – UAE–Oman Railway Project We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our team for the Hafeet Railway Project, a major cross-border railway infrastructure project connecting the UAE and Oman. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements. • Monitor construction progress and ensure works are completed according to the approved program. • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, surveyors, QA/QC, HSE, and other project teams. • Review construction drawings and identify discrepancies or technical issues. • Ensure proper execution of civil and railway infrastructure works. • Monitor earthworks, excavation, embankment, drainage, concrete works, structures, and other related site activities. • Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate site records. • Ensure materials, workmanship, and construction activities comply with project specifications and approved standards. • Coordinate inspections and ensure timely closure of site observations and technical issues. • Monitor manpower, equipment, and material requirements at site. • Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with project HSE requirements. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering • Minimum 4 of relevant experience in construction/infrastructure projects. • Railway, metro, or major infrastructure project experience is highly preferred. • Experience in earthworks, drainage, concrete structures, bridges, culverts, or track-related civil works is an advantage. • Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, method statements, and inspection procedures. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment. • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
