The Opportunity As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful execution of construction activities, ensuring that all work is carried out according to engineering specifications, project schedules and international quality standards. Working closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers and multidisciplinary site teams, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day technical operations and ensuring seamless communication between design and execution. Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily site activities to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and technical specifications. • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel. • Monitor construction progress and prepare daily and weekly progress reports. • Review technical drawings, shop drawings and method statements. • Ensure work is completed according to project quality standards and approved procedures. • Support planning activities by monitoring schedules and identifying potential delays. • Conduct site inspections and technical assessments. • Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction. • Coordinate material deliveries and verify compliance with project specifications. • Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations. • Collaborate closely with QA/QC teams to guarantee construction quality. • Participate in client, consultant and coordination meetings. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering. • 3–7 years of experience as a Site Engineer on medium to large construction projects. • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and engineering practices. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction documentation. • Experience coordinating subcontractors and site activities. • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. • Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project is considered an advantage. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Professional proficiency in English. • Willingness to relocate to Dubai.
