Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms 📍 UAE | Luxury 5-Star Hotel A prestigious luxury 5-star hotel in the UAE is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms to lead and elevate the guest experience across the Rooms Division, with a primary focus on Front Office Operations, Guest Services, Concierge, Butler Services, and VIP Guest Experience. This role requires a passionate hospitality leader with a proven background in Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotels, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the UAE luxury hospitality market. Key Responsibilities • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of Front Office and Guest Services operations. • Drive Forbes Five-Star service excellence standards across all guest touchpoints. • Ensure seamless arrival, stay, and departure experiences for VIP and high-profile guests. • Lead and develop Front Office, Concierge, Guest Relations, Butler, and Club Lounge teams. • Foster a culture of personalized luxury service and guest engagement. • Monitor guest satisfaction scores, online reputation metrics, and quality assurance programs. • Implement service enhancement initiatives to continuously improve the guest journey. • Collaborate closely with Revenue, Sales & Marketing, and other operational departments to maximize guest satisfaction and business performance. • Manage departmental budgets, productivity, and operational efficiencies. • Support Rooms Division operations, with limited oversight of Housekeeping and Spa operations through departmental leadership teams. • Maintain compliance with brand standards, Forbes requirements, and company policies. Candidate Profile Essential Requirements • Minimum 8-10 years of luxury hospitality experience, with at least 3 years in a senior Rooms Division leadership position. • Previous experience as: Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms, Director of Rooms, Director of Front Office, Hotel Manager • Proven experience within a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star rated hotel or resort. • Strong expertise in Front Office Operations, Guest Experience Management, and Luxury Service Delivery. • Experience within the UAE luxury hospitality market is mandatory. • Native European language speaker (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, or other European languages) with fluent English communication skills. • Strong knowledge of luxury guest expectations, VIP handling, and personalized service. • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities. • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and operational performance. Preferred Qualifications • International luxury hotel brand experience. • Pre-opening or hotel transition experience. • Additional language skills are highly advantageous. • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
