Candidate Requirements • Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience as Executive Chef successfully leading a high-end culinary operation with demonstrated commercial success. • Proven experience working in a Michelin-starred restaurant or Michelin Guide-recognized fine dining establishment. • Minimum 6–8 years of progressive culinary leadership experience within luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or renowned international restaurant groups. • Has desmontrated highly successful leadership, managing culinary team up to 50-60 team members. • Should have Middle East experience Guest Experience & Public Relations • Act as a visible culinary ambassador for the Hotel, consistently interacting with guests and VIPs. • Possess excellent communication and public relations skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests, hotel leadership, media representatives, and key stakeholders. • Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively, ensuring service recovery where required and continuously improving the overall dining experience. Operational responsibilities • Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, hygiene, and consistency. • Develop and execute innovative Restaurants, Banquet and Room Service menus, seasonal promotions, and signature dishes while maintaining the restaurant's identity as a premier dining destination. • Manage all culinary staffing requirements, including recruitment, training, performance management, succession planning, and team development. • Maintain full compliance with UAE food safety regulations, HACCP standards, sanitation procedures, and company policies. • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement throughout the culinary brigade. • Proven track record of culinary financial performance. • Excellent command of English; additional languages are advantageous.
