Warehouse Supervisor

Location: UAE Reporting To: General Manager About the Role Cable Solutions Worldwide is a leading provider of off-the-shelf and bespoke cable solutions to the oil & gas, subsea, shipbuilding, and renewable energy sectors. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support the General Manager in delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused warehouse operations. The successful candidate will oversee daily warehouse activities, maintain inventory accuracy, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure excellent service delivery to both internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods. • Manage inventory control, cycle counts, stock discrepancies, and reporting. • Investigate errors and implement corrective actions to improve warehouse performance. • Generate and review operational reports, including cycle counts and quarantined stock. • Support warehouse operations, including providing cover for the Warehouse Operative when required. • Manage third-party couriers, freight forwarders, and equipment maintenance schedules. • Monitor overtime, holiday, and absence requests in line with operational needs. • Maintain warehouse housekeeping, safety, and stock of consumable materials. • Assist with internal and external audits. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels. HSEQ Responsibilities • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and management systems. • Promote a safe working environment and complete all required HSE training. • Act ethically and support the company's health, safety, environmental, and quality objectives. Skills & Experience Essential • Previous warehouse supervisory experience. • Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills. • Computer literacy and experience with warehouse systems. • Ability to work under pressure and lead by example. • Team-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approach. Qualifications • Supervisory Training. • Full UAE Driving Licence. • Forklift Licence. • Manual Handling certification. • Experience within cable distribution is preferred. Why Join Us? Essential: Previous warehouse supervisory experience. Full UAE Driving Licence. Forklift Licence. Manual Handling certification. Experience within cable distribution is preferred.
