Department: Warehouse / Operations Location: UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Operations Manager / General Manager Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, proper storage, and smooth coordination with internal teams and suppliers. Key Responsibilities • • Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching. • Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations. • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement and sales teams to maintain adequate inventory. • Ensure proper storage, handling, labeling, and organization of products. • Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery. • Maintain proper documentation for all warehouse transactions. • Implement and maintain FIFO/FEFO procedures where applicable. • Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies and procedures. • Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff and allocate tasks effectively. • Coordinate with logistics, sales, procurement, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. • Identify inventory discrepancies, damages, shortages, and operational issues and take appropriate corrective action. • Monitor warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance. • Prepare regular reports on inventory, warehouse activities, stock movement, and operational performance. • Support audits and ensure compliance with relevant company and regulatory requirements. • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize wastage. Requirements • • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or trading industry. • Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations. • Experience with ERP/Warehouse Management Systems is preferred. • Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting. • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage a team and work effectively under pressure. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Knowledge of UAE warehouse and logistics practices will be an advantage. • UAE driving license is an advantage.
