Senior Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing specific packages in the project lifecycle, ensuring successful project delivery within set timelines, budget, and OMNIYAT quality standards. This role requires strategic management and collaboration of project teams, both internal and external, including designers, contractors, and consultants, to achieve project goals and resolve issues proactively. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. The Project Manager will be also responsible for supporting the Project Director in all aspects of the project’s life cycle, thus providing an overall management solution for all project processes and procedures Responsibilities • Provide leadership, direction, and support to the Project Delivery Team, including the Omniyat project delivery team and the project contractor. • Ensure effective management and development of the Project Delivery Team, covering stakeholder relationships, commercial parameters, and people management, while maintaining best practices, integrity, and legal compliance. • Oversee and ensure the highest standards of health and safety are maintained throughout all stages of the project. • Manage outcomes from Environmental and Social Impact Assessments, including sustainability strategies, site placement, mitigation, reinstatement, and offset plans. • Develop a strong understanding of the project’s context within the wider development area. • Contribute to and take ownership of the Project Delivery Strategy within the Integrated Project Delivery Team. • Manage the planning and implementation of project delivery from the construction delivery phase through to project handover. • Monitor and report on project progress to all internal stakeholders, ensuring project expectations are communicated clearly and in a timely manner. • Provide input throughout the design development process, including design-stage reviews and value engineering, to optimise project constructability and buildability. Qualifications • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, PMP is a plus. • 14+ Years of experience in similar role. • Experience with a real estate developer on high-end building projects. • Strong business acumen in project planning and management. • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
