Legal Counsel - Arabic Speaker (m/f/d)

Our client: Our client, a leading IT manufacturing in the UAE are currently recruiting for a Legal Counsel to joni their team. Within this role you would support across commercial, corporate, technology, regulatory, and operational legal matters across the UAE and international markets. Your Responsibilities: • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, NDAs, reseller agreements, supplier agreements, cloud and technology service agreements. • Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, employment, compliance, procurement, and operational matters. • Support contract lifecycle management and ensure alignment with company risk policies. • Advise on intellectual property protection, including software, hardware, trade secrets, and proprietary technologies. • Manage legal risks associated with international transactions, procurement projects, and government tenders. • Support disputes, claims management, and external counsel coordination when required. • Provide legal support for corporate governance, board resolutions, and regulatory filings. • Assist business teams in structuring transactions while balancing commercial objectives and legal risk. Your Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB); postgraduate qualification preferred. • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial legal practice, preferably in technology, IT, telecommunications, cloud, cybersecurity, or infrastructure sectors. • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills. • Experience supporting multinational operations and cross-border transactions. • Knowledge of UAE commercial and corporate laws. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders. • Strong communication and business partnering skills. • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
