Business Development Manager – Housekeeping Services

K4 Group is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Housekeeping Services to drive business growth across the UAE. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in housekeeping, commercial cleaning, facility management, or soft services, with an established network and proven ability to secure new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Identify and generate new business opportunities for housekeeping and cleaning services across the UAE. • Develop business from commercial offices, residential communities, hospitality, retail, healthcare, educational institutions, and other corporate sectors. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and property management companies. • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements. • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts. • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction. • Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and CRM records. • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities. Requirements • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Business Development within Housekeeping, Commercial Cleaning, Facility Management, or Soft Services. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients. • Strong network within the UAE market. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • UAE Driving Licence is mandatory. • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
