What We Are Looking For • Previous experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or Pastry Chef de Partie within luxury hospitality. • Background in five-star hotels, Michelin-starred or fine dining restaurants. • Currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately. • Strong skills in plated desserts, pastries, chocolate, and bakery. • Passion for quality, creativity, and exceptional presentation. • Strong leadership and communication skills.
