Job Description: • Assist the Head Chef in preparing high-quality chocolate, pastry, and dessert products • Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately while producing pastry fillings such as ganache, pastry cream, diplomat cream, and Chantilly cream. • Support chocolate production while ensuring quality, taste, and presentation standards. • Maintain a clean and organized work area following HACCP food safety standards, assist with inventory and preparation tasks.
