Oversee all pastry and bakery operations across two properties, ensuring every dessert and baked creation meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and execution while supporting commercial success. Lead the development of pastry concepts, signature offerings, seasonal menus, special event creations, and pre-opening pastry experiences. Build and mentor a high-performing pastry team across both properties and foster a culture of craftsmanship and excellence. Collaborate closely with Culinary, Restaurants & Bars, Banquets, Events, Marketing, and Commercial teams to align pastry initiatives with the cluster’s culinary vision and brand identities.
