🚨 Hiring: Business Development Manager – UAE / Middle East 🌍 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE (Regional GCC Travel) 💼 Experience: • 8–12+ Years 🏢 Employment Type: Permanent Join a leading Engineering Consultancy and drive business growth across the UAE and the wider Middle East in the EPCM/EPCIC, Energy, Offshore & Marine sectors. 🔧 Key Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business (Engineering preferred) • 8–12+ years of Business Development experience in the UAE/GCC • Proven success in securing USD 50 Million+ EPCIC business OR USD 15 Million+ EPCM business • Established client network across the UAE/GCC in Energy, Offshore & Marine sectors • Strong understanding of the EPCM/EPCIC tender-to-award process • Excellent client relationship, negotiation, and proposal management skills • UAE Driving Licence is an added advantage 📋 Key Responsibilities: • Identify, qualify, and convert new EPCM/EPCIC business opportunities across the GCC. • Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, EPC/EPCIC contractors, fabrication yards, and engineering partners. • Manage the complete business development pipeline from lead generation to project award. • Monitor tender portals and coordinate proposal submissions with engineering and commercial teams. • Represent the company at client meetings, pre-bid meetings, and industry events. • Provide regular pipeline reports, sales forecasts, and win/loss analysis to management.
