Site Engineer

Job Description Due to the urgent hiring requirement and visa processing timelines, preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately. Activities • Supervise daily site activities related to piling, shoring, and foundation works. • Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. • Coordinate with surveyors, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Monitor progress and prepare daily site reports. • Verify setting out, pile locations, reinforcement, concrete placement, and construction tolerances. • Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials. • Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients. • Resolve technical issues arising during construction. • Monitor productivity and report deviations from the project schedule. • Ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE requirements. • Maintain project documentation and site records. • Support project management in achieving project objectives. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in piling and foundation projects. • Experience with bored piles, CFA piles, diaphragm walls, secant piles, anchors, and micropiles. • Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications. • Strong coordination and communication skills. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. • Familiarity with UAE construction practices.
