Senior Events & Project Operations Manager (Emirati)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Events & Project Operations Manager Emirati to lead the planning, execution, and operational delivery of major events, strategic initiatives, and stakeholder engagement programs. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of managing complex projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, exhibitions, VIP events, corporate functions, cultural programs, and large-scale public events. Develop and oversee project plans, operational frameworks, timelines, budgets, and delivery schedules. Manage cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless project and event execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, government entities, sponsors, vendors, and strategic partners. Ensure operational readiness, risk mitigation, compliance, and governance standards across all projects. Monitor project performance, financials, resource allocation, and post-event reporting. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and service excellence across operations. What We're Looking For 8+ years of experience in Events, Operations, Strategic Projects, Hospitality, Government, Tourism, Culture, or related sectors. Proven experience managing large-scale projects and high-profile events. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities. Experience managing budgets, procurement, contracts, and vendor relationships. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
