As the business continues to grow across the Middle East, they're looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile experiential campaigns, live events and brand activations. This is an opportunity to work on projects that genuinely shape how audiences connect with brands through memorable experiences. The Opportunity You'll take ownership of complex, multi-workstream projects from concept through to execution, working alongside strategy, creative, production and client services teams to deliver exceptional experiences. You'll also play an important role in developing client relationships, supporting new business opportunities and mentoring junior members of the team. Key Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale campaigns, events and brand activations. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery against scope, budget and timelines. • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Collaborate with creative, strategy and production teams to bring campaigns to life. • Oversee project planning, budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation. • Identify and manage project risks while maintaining exceptional delivery standards. • Support pitch development, presentations and new business proposals. • Build and nurture relationships with external partners, suppliers and creative collaborators. • Mentor junior project management team members and promote best practice across delivery. • Stay connected to regional cultural trends across sport, entertainment, fashion, technology and lifestyle to ensure campaigns remain relevant and impactful. Required experience • 6-10+ years' experience within project management, live events, brand activations or creative agencies. • A proven track record delivering complex, high-profile projects from concept to completion. • Strong client management and stakeholder engagement experience. • Excellent commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and project profitability. • Experience contributing to pitches, proposals and business development activities. • Outstanding organisational and communication skills. • Previous experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior colleagues. • A genuine passion for sport, culture, entertainment and creating memorable brand experiences. • Experience delivering projects within the GCC or UAE market would be highly advantageous.
