Insurance Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities: • Promote and sell a wide range of insurance products to corporate clients, including: Non-Motor Insurance (Property, Liability, Workmen Compensation, Engineering, Professional Indemnity, etc.); Employee Benefits (Medical, Group Life, Personal Accident); and Motor Fleet • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base and achieve monthly/yearly targets • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders • Analysis market trends to identify new business opportunities • Ensure compliance and uphold the highest standards of customer service Who We’re Looking For: • Minimum 2 years’ experience in insurance sales within the UAE market • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated, target oriented and able to work independently • Knowledge of general insurance products will be an added advantage Show more Show less
