Bilingual Accountant (Arabic/English) — Dubai, UAE

We're hiring an experienced Accountant to join our team, managing the firm's financial records, reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations. What you'll do: • Maintain and update financial records, including consultations, services, and case-related income • Prepare monthly expense reports and support cost-reduction planning • Prepare outstanding balances reports and support settlement strategy • Track and follow up on collections and unclear or missing payments • Prepare financial statistics and reports for management and lawyers • Support income improvement initiatives, including tracking of additional revenue channels • Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy across all financial trackers • Assist with per-employee profitability calculations and related reporting • Liaise with clients and internal teams in both Arabic and English, verbally and in writing What we're looking for: • Minimum 2 years of experience as an accountant, including experience at a local UAE law firm (required) • Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written (required) • Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting/financial tracking systems • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts/cases simultaneously • Good communication skills and a professional, client-facing manner Show more Show less
