Core offerings include VAT and corporate tax advisory and filing, audit and assurance, accounting and bookkeeping, company formation, and business valuation and liquidation. The firm also supports clients with banking services, AML compliance, CFO services, and business automation, aiming to add measurable value while maintaining high professional standards. Role Description The Financial Accountant will work on-site in Dubai in a full-time capacity, supporting the firm’s accounting, tax, and advisory services. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining accurate general ledger entries, and ensuring timely financial reporting in line with relevant standards and regulations. The role involves reconciling accounts, monitoring cash flow, and assisting with budgeting and forecasts to support internal decision-making and client engagements. The Financial Accountant will use accounting software to process transactions, manage documentation, and support VAT, corporate tax, and AML compliance activities as needed. Collaboration with consultants, auditors, and clients is essential to deliver high-quality, reliable financial information and contribute to continuous process improvement. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret data, support decision-making, and contribute to audits, valuations, and advisory projects. • Candidates should possess solid experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including preparation, review, and compliance with applicable accounting standards. • Candidates should possess proficiency in Accounting Software and related digital tools to manage transactions, reconciliations, and reporting efficiently. • Relevant academic qualification such as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) are an advantage. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with UAE tax and regulatory frameworks; experience in consultancy or professional services is preferred. • Attention to detail, reliability in meeting deadlines, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients. • Effective communication skills in English; additional language proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is an asset. • The Candidate only located in Dubai should apply • The candidate should able to join immediately. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with UAE tax and regulatory frameworks; experience in consultancy or professional services is preferred. Proficiency in Accounting Software and related digital tools to manage transactions, reconciliations, and reporting efficiently. English communication skills; Arabic or other regional languages are assets. Dubai residency preferred; immediate joiners encouraged.
