Logistics Coordinator

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator 📍 Location: Musaffah Abu Dhabi, UAE 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong communication with suppliers, clients, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations • Arrange transportation and track shipments (local & international) • Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers • Prepare and manage shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading) • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies • Maintain inventory records and coordinate with warehouse teams • Identify and resolve delivery delays or issues • Optimize logistics processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain (UAE/GCC preferred) • Strong knowledge of shipping, freight, and customs procedures • Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics preferred) • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office • Excellent communication and coordination skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with oil & gas / EPC / industrial projects • Knowledge of UAE customs and import/export regulations What We Offer • Competitive salary package • Career growth opportunities • Dynamic and professional work environment Show more Show less
