An F&B operations manager should be able to conduct detail-oriented and results-driven work. In this role, you need to take the wheel to oversee day-to-day operations and streamline processes, you will serve as the company representative on regulatory issues and strive to improve operating procedures, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow, processes, and management reporting The Operations Manager will also have leadership and supervisory responsibilities. Process Improvement · Identifying and implementing operational improvements through data analysis, workflow optimization, and lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity · Operations managers must be able to anticipate issues that can affect successful outcomes and approach challenges with creative solutions that help teams meet objectives · Having ability to interpret input and information that are necessary for making decisions about business processes. Team Leadership • Managing and motivating operational teams, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and coaching to foster a high-performing culture • Have strong skills in delegating tasks, organizing and maintaining employee schedules and conducting evaluations and employee assessments. • Have strong ability to discern pertinent information and analyse how different factors can affect the success of your business's operations. Quality Assurance • Overseeing quality control measures across all operations to ensure products and services meet customer expectations and industry standards • Conducting a set of proactive processes implemented in a food and beverage establishment to ensure consistent, high-quality service to customers, encompassing aspects like staff training, order accuracy, attentiveness, cleanliness, and timely delivery. Compliance Management · Ensuring adherence to all relevant legal, regulatory, and safety standards within operational activities.
