Hiring: Operations Manager – Rent A Car Location: Dubai, UAE We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with an established customer network in the UAE car rental industry. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in managing daily operations while actively generating business through their own corporate and individual client relationships. Key Responsibilities • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Rent A Car business. • Develop new business opportunities and bring new customers to the company. • Utilize an existing network of corporate and individual clients to increase rentals. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate accounts, hotels, travel agencies, tourism companies, and other business partners. • Achieve monthly rental and revenue targets. • Oversee reservations, vehicle allocation, fleet availability, and customer service. • Lead the operations team to ensure excellent service and operational efficiency. • Handle customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction. • Prepare operational and sales performance reports. Requirements • Minimum 5 years of UAE Rent A Car experience. • Must have an existing customer database and strong business connections in the UAE. • Proven ability to generate new business and bring corporate accounts. • Strong knowledge of the UAE car rental market. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Experience managing daily operations and leading a team. • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
