About the Company Aspire Manpower Services is hiring an experienced and proactive HR Specialist for one of our prestigious clients in Dubai, UAE. About the Role The successful candidate will support daily HR operations, employee documentation, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, visa processing and employee relations. Responsibilities • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding. • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and HR documents. • Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files. • Coordinate employment visas, medical tests, Emirates ID applications and renewals. • Monitor employee attendance, leave, overtime and movements. • Coordinate monthly payroll and verify employee information. • Support WPS processing and payroll documentation. • Respond to employee queries and provide general HR support. • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies. • Coordinate medical insurance enrolments, renewals and cancellations. • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate trackers. • Support recruitment, interview coordination and document collection. • Coordinate with payroll, operations, recruitment and PRO teams. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. • Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience in the UAE. Required Skills • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures. • Experience in onboarding, payroll coordination, visa processing and employee documentation. • Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to manage confidential information professionally. • Candidates available immediately or at short notice will be preferred. Preferred Skills • None specified. Pay range and compensation package Monthly salary of AED 8,000–10,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Employment visa and medical insurance.
