External Job Description BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - TRUST INTERNATIONAL Job Purpose The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, leading commercial proposals, and supporting business expansion initiatives. The role also oversees business analysis, contract negotiations, and cross-functional project execution to achieve the organization's commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. • Develop sales strategies, prepare proposals, and lead commercial negotiations. • Conduct market research, business analysis, and financial feasibility assessments. • Develop business cases and support strategic investment decisions. • Lead business development projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. • Review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts while mitigating business risks. • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and other functions to ensure successful commercial execution. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial management. • Experience in business analysis, project management, and contract negotiation. • Professional certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management are an advantage.
