Pharma Sales Manager

We are urgently hiring for multiple senior sales personnel in various leadership roles for a leading pharmaceutical marketing and distribution company headquartered in Abu Dhabi, dedicated to promoting and delivering high‑quality medicines and healthcare solutions across multiple therapeutic areas. Mandatory Educational Qualifications, Skill sets & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science • At least 3 years of experience in senior sales leadership role in the pharmaceutical sector, particularly leading the sales of medicines, prescription drugs, medical & surgical devices. • Strong experience managing teams of Medical Representatives, Field Sales Supervisors, Product Specialists, and Key Account teams in the Pharma industry • Proficiency in CRM applications and MS Office • Strong relationships with UAE pharma, hospitals and healthcare authorities • Proven success in managing key accounts, tenders within UAE, particularly within the Abu Dhabi & Al Ain region.
