Supply Chain Analyst – Hospitality Division (Food (Supply Chain) The Role We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Hospitality Division, supporting the supply chain operations for food and beverage brands across the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the flow of food products and related supplies from vendors to distribution centers and stores. You will track shipments across sea, air, and local transportation routes, ensuring inventory is available at the right place, at the right time, while maintaining product quality and service standards. You will also manage purchase orders with local suppliers, monitor inventory levels, analyze stock performance, and support cost control initiatives. Working closely with suppliers, logistics partners, warehouse teams, and operations stakeholders, you will help ensure an efficient and reliable supply chain that supports our restaurant and hospitality operations. Qualifications & Requirements This opportunity is open to UAEN only. To be successful in this role, you will have: • 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Retail, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related office-based environment. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other PC-based applications. • Good analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail. • An interest in inventory management, food supply planning, and logistics operations. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. • Ability to work collaboratively with suppliers and cross-functional teams. • A proactive, organized, and solution-oriented approach. • The confidence to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
