Position Summary The Senior Procurement Executive will be responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier management, purchasing, and procurement operations across multiple hospitality and healthcare product categories. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end procurement activities, develop strong supplier partnerships, negotiate commercial terms, support project and tender requirements, and ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality, cost efficiency, and service excellence. This position requires a proactive procurement professional with strong commercial awareness and experience sourcing from both local and international markets. Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable local and international suppliers. • Develop sourcing strategies for hospitality products including bed linen, bath linen, guest amenities, OS&E, FF&E, uniforms, and healthcare supplies. • Conduct supplier benchmarking and market analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and competitive advantages. • Establish alternate suppliers to reduce procurement risks and improve supply continuity. Procurement Operations • Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle from supplier enquiry through purchase order issuance and delivery. • Obtain competitive quotations, evaluate commercial offers, and recommend the best sourcing solutions. • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and supply agreements. • Ensure procurement activities are completed within agreed timelines and business requirements. Supplier & Contract Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers. • Monitor supplier performance relating to quality, pricing, lead time, and service levels. • Resolve supplier issues and implement corrective actions where required. • Maintain supplier records, agreements, certifications, and compliance documentation. Inventory & Supply Chain Support • Work closely with the Sales, Warehouse, and Operations teams to forecast purchasing requirements. • Support inventory planning to maintain optimum stock levels while minimizing excess inventory. • Coordinate with logistics providers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth import and delivery processes. • Monitor shipment schedules and proactively address supply chain challenges. Commercial Support • Support the Sales team with supplier quotations, costing, tender submissions, and project pricing. • Conduct cost analysis and recommend opportunities for cost savings and margin improvement. • Monitor procurement expenditure and identify opportunities to improve purchasing efficiency. Process Improvement & Compliance • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and approved procurement procedures. • Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reporting. • Recommend improvements to procurement processes, supplier performance, and operational efficiency. • Support the implementation of procurement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline. • Professional procurement certifications such as CIPS are an added advantage. Experience • 5–8 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience. • Experience within hospitality procurement, hotel supplies, OS&E, FF&E, guest amenities, textiles, healthcare supplies, or trading companies is highly preferred. • Experience sourcing from international markets including China, India, Turkey, Pakistan, and Europe will be an advantage. • Experience handling imports, logistics coordination, and supplier negotiations.
