Project Manager/Senior Project Manager – Construction

One of our client's is hiring for the below role: Exp. Required - 15 years DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT LIVING IN UAE. THIS IS SPECIFICALLY FOR CANDIDATES, WHO ARE BASED OUT OF UAE. 1. Project Planning & Execution • Lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards. • Prepare project execution plans, work schedules, resource plans, and construction methodologies. • Define project milestones, timelines, and deliverables while monitoring overall project progress. 2. Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management • Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. • Conduct regular project review meetings and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders. • Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues to maintain smooth project execution. 3. Site Management & Construction Supervision • Monitor day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications. • Supervise contractor performance and ensure optimum utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials. • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure project progress aligns with planned schedules. 4. Quality Assurance & Compliance • Ensure compliance with project specifications, QA/QC standards, and company quality procedures. • Monitor construction quality and implement corrective actions wherever required. • Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, building codes, and client requirements. 5. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) • Enforce HSE policies and promote a safe working environment across project sites. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, risk assessments, and statutory requirements. • Conduct regular safety inspections and coordinate corrective actions for identified hazards. 6. Cost Control & Budget Management • Monitor project budgets, expenditures, cash flow, and cost performance. • Track project costs against budgets and recommend cost optimization measures. • Review contractor bills, project financial reports, and budget variances. 7. Risk Management • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Resolve technical, contractual, and operational challenges to minimize project delays. • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when required. 8. Contract Administration • Manage contracts, change orders, variation orders, extension of time (EOT), and contractual correspondence. • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and maintain proper project documentation. • Coordinate with commercial and procurement teams on contractual matters. 9. Reporting & Documentation • Prepare project progress reports, MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management. • Maintain project records, approvals, RFIs, drawings, technical submissions, and correspondence. • Monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project and provide regular status updates. 10. Project Handover & Close-Out • Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and punch-list closure activities. • Ensure successful project handover with complete documentation and statutory approvals. • Manage project close-out activities, including as-built drawings, final documentation, and defect liability coordination.
