🚀 We're hiring: Performance Marketing Manager (Meta Ads & CRO) — Aurisso FZCO, Dubai Aurisso FZCO is a Dubai-based software development company — we build websites, apps, and custom digital products. We're scaling and looking for a performance marketer who can own Meta Ads and turn traffic into conversions. If you're someone who lives in Ads Manager, obsesses over CPA, ROAS, CPM & CPC, and knows how to turn a landing page + funnel into a conversion machine — we want to talk. 🔧 What you'll own: • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns end-to-end — strategy, budget, scaling • Lead gen funnels: landing pages → flow → conversion • CRO experiments on landing pages, flows and CTAs • Tracking setup (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4) for clean attribution • Weekly reporting on Spend, CPA, Conversion rate, and business impact — not just impressions ✅ What we're looking for: • 3+ years running Meta Ads with real budget ownership • Proven conversion results for a B2B or service-based business (software/tech/agency a big plus) • Hands-on CRO experience — you tested, you measured, you optimized • Comfortable with Ads Manager, Pixel/CAPI, GA4, and A/B testing • Data-driven and allergic to vanity metrics (fans & followers do not pay the bills) 💼 What we offer: • Full ownership of Meta Ads strategy for a growing software company • Direct access to leadership and development team — fast decisions, no red tape • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives • Based in DSO, Dubai 📩 Interested?
