You bring the French-Mediterranean menu to life, lead a large brigade, and hold the quality line on every plate that leaves the pass. Senior kitchen leadership in fine dining or luxury hospitality; strong French or Mediterranean cooking background; ability to train and retain a team; good cost control and consistency; experience opening a new venue is a plus.
