Role: IT Support Executive - SCM – UAE Experience: 3 to 6 years Budget: 7000 AED max Location: Dubai, UAE Job Purpose and Key Accountabilities: This role sits within the Technology function and plays a key part in delivering end-to-end, client-facing implementation projects. The position involves active participation across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, business analysis, solution design, system implementation, testing, and go-live support for supply chain initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of scalable and effective supply chain solutions. The key responsibilities of the role will be to: • Provide functional support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Freight Forwarding, and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). • Conduct in-depth analysis of complex business processes, translating requirements into effective system-based solutions. • Gather, interpret, validate, and document detailed customer requirements. • Lead and facilitate workshops to elicit and refine business requirements. • Map client business processes, objectives, and requirements, recommending and designing appropriate system enhancements or product modifications. • Identify process gaps, system issues, and propose practical workaround solutions. • Act as primary liaison for client issue resolution, including troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of software-related problems. • Prepare and maintain functional design documents, test scenarios, and test execution results. • Proactively recommend business process improvements and system enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness. • Deliver consulting services for both new implementations and ongoing support engagements. • Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and solution alignment. • Provide ad-hoc user training and ongoing support to ensure effective system adoption. • Work independently with minimal supervision; act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) when required. • Actively Manage Support Portal for IT related requests and issues Location – Dubai, UAE Reporting To – Senior Manager Application Specific Requirement: Need 3 to 5 year experience of Infor WMS or CargowiseOne Application. Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field Job Responsibilities: • Delivered end‑to‑end client-facing implementation projects across the full lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and successful go‑live for supply chain solutions. • Built strong domain expertise in freight forwarding and shipping processes, enabling effective solution alignment with business needs. • Leveraged hands-on experience with Infor WMS or CargoWiseOne to support system implementation, configuration, and client onboarding. • Applied strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, optimize processes, and ensure smooth project execution. • Communicated complex technical and functional concepts clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful delivery. • Delivered 3+ years of customer-facing consulting experience, maintaining high client satisfaction and engagement. • Utilized working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting support.
