Regional Product Line Manager

Mapei is looking for a Regional Product Line Manager – Ceramic to support the growth and development of our business across the Middle East & Africa region, with a functional reporting line to the Corporate Product Management team. The role is responsible for driving the regional strategy of the Ceramic product line, supporting product positioning, market development, and alignment with global product strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Implement and adapt global product strategies to regional market needs. • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape. • Support product launches, technical-commercial initiatives, and business growth. • Collaborate with local subsidiaries, Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, and Corporate teams. • Provide product expertise and support to regional stakeholders. Requirements: • Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related fields. • Experience in Product Management, Technical Sales, or Marketing within construction materials, adhesives, or related industries. • Strong understanding of ceramic installation systems and regional market dynamics. • Excellent communication skills, international mindset, and fluent English.
