This role is ideal for recruiters with experience hiring for: Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineers Civil & Structural Engineers QA/QC Engineers HSE Professionals Project Engineers Production & Manufacturing Engineers CNC Operators & Machinists Welders, Fabricators & Pipe Fitters Marine Engineers & Technicians Shipyard Personnel Offshore Crew Supervisors & Managers Key Responsibilities: •⁠ ⁠Business Development: Prospect and onboard new clients across Oil & Gas, Marine, Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, and Industrial sectors. •⁠ ⁠360° Recruitment Management: Handle end to end recruitment, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, offer management, and onboarding. •⁠ ⁠Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, and industry referrals to build strong talent pipelines for Engineering, Oil & Gas, Marine, and Manufacturing roles. •⁠ ⁠Target Delivery: Consistently achieve recruitment and business development targets. Requirements: •⁠ ⁠Proven 2 years of experience in 360° Mechanical Recruitment. •⁠ ⁠Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
