Compensation This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. As part of the Agent Development Program, you'll receive structured training, one-on-one mentorship, and real-world experience while building your own client base and earning commission from successful transactions. Responsibilities • Prospect and qualify potential buyers, sellers, and investors. • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and lead generation. • Maintain regular communication with prospective clients. • Learn and apply proven sales and negotiation techniques. • Shadow senior brokers during property viewings, negotiations, and deal closings. • Build market knowledge and stay informed about Dubai real estate trends. • Support senior agents throughout the sales process while developing your own expertise. What We're Looking For • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Previous telesales, telemarketing, lead generation, or outbound sales experience is highly preferred. • Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn. • Confident speaking with clients over the phone and building relationships. • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). • Professional attitude and strong work ethic. • Desire to build a long-term career in Dubai real estate. Career Progression This is not a typical entry-level sales role. Our Agent Development Program is built around real-world experience. Junior agents work directly alongside senior brokers, contributing to live transactions while developing the skills needed to operate independently.
