We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of the construction project, ensuring alignment with client goals, regulatory standards, and best practices in civil and hospital infrastructure. This senior leadership role requires deep expertise in large-scale construction project delivery and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities • :Provide strategic leadership and direction for the consultant team during construction • .Ensure that the contractor delivers the project in accordance with design intent, specifications, and contract terms • .Monitor alignment with the client’s vision, goals, and expected outcomes • .Serve as the key liaison between the client, contractor, consultant team (architects, engineers, QS, etc.), and relevant authorities • .Chair and lead regular project progress meetings, site coordination meetings, and client briefings • .Review and monitor the contractor’s construction schedule and progress • .Analize project milestones, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions • .Oversee the preparation and submission of progress reports to the client • .Ensure that construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards • .Supervise quality inspections and audits carried out by site supervision teams • .Identify project risks during construction and ensure mitigation plans are in place • .Review and approve any design modifications or technical submittals proposed during construction • .Supervise the performance of the site supervision consultant or engineer-of-record • .Ensure supervision teams are fulfilling duties such as inspections, approvals, and daily reports .
