Project Manager - Architecture

Description Lead the planning, design, coordination, and successful delivery of multidisciplinary engineering and architectural projects. Managing projects from concept through completion while providing architectural leadership, technical oversight, project management, and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal teams. This role combines project management expertise with strong architectural design and technical knowledge to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, in compliance with UAE regulations, and to the highest quality standards. Profile A successful candidate: • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. • Master's Degree is an advantage. • PMP certification is highly preferred. • Professional architectural registration or equivalent certification is an advantage. • Minimum 12-15 years of professional experience in architectural design, engineering consultancy, and project management. • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects from concept through completion. • Strong experience in healthcare, laboratories, commercial, mixed-use, or complex building projects. • Extensive experience with Abu Dhabi authority submissions and approvals.
