About the Role Kaprel Partitions is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, UAE, on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost analysis, preparing payment applications, and managing variation claims for architectural projects, with a primary focus on glass partitions and doors. This role plays a key part in ensuring effective cost management and financial control throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and control project costs through job costing and cost reporting. • Prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts. • Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage subcontractor payments. • Track project variations, claims, and cost impacts. • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams. • Ensure all project costs are accurately recorded and reported. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 4 years of post-contract quantity surveying experience. • Preferably with experience in job costing and cost control for construction projects. • Strong knowledge of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), contracts, and project budgeting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software. • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
