Job Purpose The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of our construction projects. This includes cost estimation, budget management, and ensuring that all work is completed in compliance with the project specifications and standards. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and review cost estimates and budgets for projects. • Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget. • Conduct risk, value management, and cost control. • Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. • Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution. • Evaluate and negotiate contract variations and claims. • Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the oil and gas EPC sector. • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and project management. • Excellent analytical and numerical skills. • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, project management tools). • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
