Role: HR Manager Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: 12000 AED to 15000 AED only Key Responsibilities HR Leadership & Team Management Workforce HR Operations Oversee end-to-end HR operations for: • Bike Riders • Car Drivers • White-Collar Employees Manage and ensure smooth execution of: Recruitment and onboarding Employee documentation and records Payroll coordination (OT, deductions, incentives) Attendance and leave management Medical insurance administration Performance KPI monitoring Disciplinary actions and employee investigations Accommodation and transportation coordination Ensure HR operations are executed efficiently without disrupting business operations. Compliance & Employee Relations Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations. Oversee WPS governance and payroll compliance. Manage medical insurance administration. Lead MOHRE inspections, audits, and investigations. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and compliance-related issues. Required Experience Minimum 3 years of UAE HR experience & 8 to 12 years of over all exp. Must have managed either: Riders/Drivers in delivery operations, or 500+ blue-collar employees.
